FAQ — Collective Vibes Singapore

Question 1

Is this really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most of our services are offered at no cost to your company. We partner with trusted wellness providers who share our mission to make workplace wellbeing accessible. If a partner is involved in your event, they may have a brief 15-minute introduction and a small booth — always transparent, always optional for your employees, and never pushy.

Question 2

Who are your events best suited for?

Accepted Answer

We work with organisations across all industries in Singapore. Since our programmes are built around local health initiatives, government schemes such as CPF, Healthier SG, and LPA, and Singapore-specific resources, they tend to be most relevant and valuable for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Question 3

Do you serve all industries?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we work with organisations across all sectors, from financial services and healthcare to retail, education, and beyond. If you want to do something meaningful for your people, we want to help.

Question 4

What areas in Singapore do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We serve organisations island-wide across Singapore. Whether your office is in the CBD, the heartlands, or an industrial estate, we will work with you to make it happen.

Question 5

What do my employees need to do?

Accepted Answer

Just show up. We handle everything — setup, speakers, vendors, logistics, and cleanup. Your employees simply participate and enjoy the experience.

Question 6

How much time does an event take?

Accepted Answer

Most events run for 2 hours, typically during lunch or a designated wellness day. We work around your schedule to minimise disruption.

Question 7

What if my office does not have a large space?

Accepted Answer

We are flexible. Most events can be adapted to smaller spaces — a meeting room, a pantry area, or even a shared lobby. We will work with you to find a setup that fits.

Question 8

What happens if an employee does not want to participate?

Accepted Answer

Participation is always voluntary. Employees can choose to join or skip any part of the event — no questions asked. We are here to support your team, not to pressure them.

Question 9

How many employees do we need?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a minimum of 30 participants for most events. This helps us deliver a meaningful experience and ensures good engagement for your team.

Question 10

How far in advance do we need to book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a lead time of 60 days from enquiry to event date. This gives us time to coordinate speakers, vendors, and logistics to ensure a smooth experience.

Question 11

Can I customise the event for my team?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every event is tailored to your organisation's goals, culture, and team size. We work with you to design an experience that fits your needs.

Question 12

What kind of topics can you cover?

Accepted Answer

We offer a wide range of topics including physical health screenings, stress management and mental wellness, nutrition and healthy eating, sleep hygiene, financial planning (CPF, estate planning, retirement), LPA and AMD talks, team building and leadership development, and custom topics on request.

Question 13

Can we run a recurring programme, not just a one-off event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we encourage it. A single event is a great start, but a recurring wellness programme creates lasting impact. We are happy to work with you on a longer-term calendar of initiatives tailored to your team's evolving needs.

Question 14

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Since our events are free of charge, there is no cancellation fee. However, we do ask for at least 14 days' notice if you need to cancel or postpone. This allows us to inform the vendors, speakers, and partners who have already committed their time — it is only fair to them. We understand that plans change, and we will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling where possible.

Question 15

Why should we choose Collective Vibes?

Accepted Answer

Honestly? You do not have to work with us — and there are probably other providers who can deliver something similar.

But here is what we would invite you to consider: how many of them lay everything out before you have even committed? We have put in the effort to be upfront — on our Services page, across this FAQ, and in every conversation we have. What to expect, what we need from you, how the model works, who our partners are and what they do. No surprises along the way.

We believe that when both sides go in with clear expectations, everything runs better — for your team, and for us. If we are not the right fit, we would rather you know that early. And if we are, you will already know exactly what you are signing up for.

Question 16

How does the process work?

Accepted Answer

It is straightforward. First, we schedule a short discovery call to understand your team's needs. Then we send you a customised proposal with recommended events and timelines. Once you approve, we handle all logistics. On the day, we manage everything — setup, speakers, vendors, and cleanup. Afterwards, we share feedback, photos, and suggestions for future initiatives.

Question 17

What exactly does 'fully coordinated' mean?

Accepted Answer

It means you do not need to lift a finger. We source and brief all speakers and vendors, manage all communications, handle on-site setup and teardown, and follow up after the event. Your only job is to let your employees know it is happening.

Question 18

What does the 15-minute partner introduction involve?

Accepted Answer

When a wellness partner is part of your event, they are given a brief, structured 15-minute slot to introduce themselves and what they offer. There is no hard selling — it is informational only, and employees are always free to engage or not. We vet all partners beforehand to ensure they align with our values.

Question 19

Is there any paperwork or contract involved?

Accepted Answer

We keep things simple. There is no lengthy contract — just a straightforward confirmation once you are happy with the proposed plan. We believe in making it as easy as possible for you to say yes.

Question 20

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Simply fill in our contact form and we will reach out within 3 working days to schedule a discovery call. From there, we take care of everything.

Question 21

How do you see the relationship between Collective Vibes and the companies you work with?

Accepted Answer

We would love to be seen as a partner rather than just another vendor you have hired. Yes, our model works because of the partners and businesses involved — but that does not make the relationship any less real. We show up, we deliver, and we take pride in what we do.

All we ask is that the feeling is mutual — a little respect and sincerity goes a long way, and it makes the whole experience better for everyone, especially your employees.

Question 22

What kinds of businesses can partner with Collective Vibes?

Accepted Answer

We welcome any business that genuinely contributes to people's physical, mental, or financial wellbeing — health and wellness brands, financial advisors, F&B vendors, team building providers, and more. If you believe your business can help bring wellness to more people, we would love to hear from you.

Question 23

What does a typical partnership look like?

Accepted Answer

It varies depending on what you offer. You might participate as a vendor at one of our workplace bazaars, deliver a talk or workshop, provide health screenings, or co-create a bespoke wellness event. We are flexible and open to exploring what works best for both sides.

Question 24

Is there a cost to become a partner?

Accepted Answer

There is no fixed fee to partner with us. The arrangement depends on the nature of the collaboration. We will discuss the details openly during our initial conversation.

Question 25

How do I register my interest?

Accepted Answer

Head over to our Partners page and fill in the enquiry form. We will be in touch within 3 working days to explore how we can work together.
